PROBLEM: FILES ARE HIDDEN

CAUSE: JARGON VIRUS

SOLUTION:


step 1: zip your entire pendrive or usb by using winrar or winzip

step 2: to recover files, do not extract the entire zip file (in step 1). extract only the files excluding file folders. if you extract file folders, the virus affecting the file folders will be activated immediately after extracting and consequently, it will hide your files again. So extract only the files.


note: select the files you need to recover and extract to specified folder.








step 3: after recovering your files, reformat your pendrive or usb.
